Lead Walking & Recall

Lead Walking

Strange as it may seem training for lead walking starts in the house. Certain fundamentals are put into practice before progressing outside. First I will accompany you on a walk to identify what needs to change to make the walk more pleasurable for you and your dog.

3-week package £110

1^st week Initial assessment walk plus 2 x 45min. in house sessions & walks
2^nd week 2 x 45min. in house sessions & walks
3^rd week 2 x 30min. walks

Dependent on the dog and the training sessions the 3wks could be condensed into 2wks. Follow up sessions can be booked separately

Recall

Once again a good recall starts in the home in a distraction free environment and then taken and practised outside but still in a distraction free environment. Until the recall is solid the dog must be kept on a lead.

3 week package £110

1st week 2 x 40min. in house sessions
2nd week 2 x 45min. in house and outside sessions
3rd week 2 x 30min. outside sessions

Dependent on the dog and the training sessions the 3wks could be condensed into 2wks. Follow up sessions can be booked separately.

Puppy Classes

There will be limited places in each class which are being kept small so they will not overwhelm both dog and guardian

Adolescent Dog Classes

Adolescent dogs thrive on a balance of mental stimulation, physical exercise and sleep and rest.
